Cm currently is not satisfied with the promotion of the merchant provided. Cm claim that other merchant do give better promotion but for this merchant that only provide him for $100 voucher.
Cm would like to cancel for this transaction and would not liaise with the merchant. Had adv cm that needed to deal with the merchant personally as he is not satisfied with the promotion and should ask for a refund from the merchant. Had adv cm that to have valid dispute case if the goods deliver is not in a good order but cm ignore of what I saying.
The merchant would deliver the goods to him on next Monday. Cm claim that if the goods haven deliver then he had the right to cancel for the transaction and the merchant should not charge on their a/c b4 the goods is deliver. Had adv cm that is depend on the merchant when would they submit for the charge slip.
Cm mention that if next Monday the goods is deliver he wont accept for it and would ended up as a non-receive case. Cm would go to MAS for this case as non-receive of goods. Cm would like speak to manager as we unable to assist on dealing with the merchant to have a refund.
Cm mention that from the stmt do stated that if the goods is not deliver within 14 days, he able to refund for that transaction. But currently that the merchant state would deliver at next Monday and this should not be the reason for him to make a dispute.
i don get the consumers " other merchants have better promotion and would like to cancel for the transaction, i know the bank able assist so or else would speak to MAS (like Bank Negara in Malaysia) and make ugly for the bank ". Pls kindly noted that the transaction was make by you and you should do the survey b4 any purchasing. Bank is not an ultimate and able to resolve all the issue for the customers. And truthfully if you would like to go for the small case tribunal, pls go ahead and see what would the judge adv you on this issue.
